Project Brief
The old version of the Tata Tele Business Services website did not showcase the scale of its services, nor did it serve the user's needs in the best possible way. That’s why they came to us, at Musemakeres, to restructure their backend and refresh their brand identity through upgrading their website. This was required to reflect a modern UI & UX design with easy access to cater to the B2B Community.
Our Approach
We began by building user personas and mapping out their needs and expectations, in order to understand and meet our target audience’s needs.Through a thorough study, we were able to identify possible gaps, and this helped us create a long-term solution for the brand.
In terms of the UI design, our approach was modular and responsive to give users the best customer experience possible. Everything, from the typography and choice of imagery, to the colour palettes, were all chosen to reflect the brand’s new identity and showcase its expertise and innovation.
