The Tolaram Group was setting up a state-of-the-art port in Lagos to transform trade dynamics in the region.
We, at Musemakers, were entrusted with the task of designing and developing their website to provide users with an exceptional customer experience. This website would not only announce the launch, but also showcase the scale and the many features of Nigeria’s first private-owned free zone.
Project Brief
The Lagos Free Zone wanted to offer their users a glimpse of their newly opened port, to promote trade, as well as to invite partnerships and business associations. The most effective way to showcase this was to highlight it on their official website.
To execute this flawlessly, we were tasked with creating a completely new user interface and user experience, so as to facilitate a smoother connection with the Free Zone.
Our Approach
We developed a device agnostic website with a concise structure, that made accessing information incredibly easy for all potential business associates to educate themselves about the Lagos Free Zone. Our website was CX-centric, giving all users a seamless experience, free of any complications.
Being the global gateway of the Free Zone, we made sure that the website played a crucial role in the promotion and education of Nigeria’s first private-owned free zone.
