One of Birla Estate’s most prestigious and exclusive projects till date - Birla Niyaara - is located in an upscale area in Worli, Mumbai.
Project Brief
Almost every real estate project in India tries to position itself as premium, but what they lack is the exclusivity that comes with Birla Niyaara. With this project, customers can get a true sense of what it's like to own a premium, luxury property in the heart of Mumbai.
To execute this vision flawlessly, we, at Musemakers, were commissioned to appeal to a high-end audience, through designing and developing a website, as well as digital communication.
Project Website
Staying true to the design guidelines, we created a look and feel for digital that is device- agnostic and rewarding to the user. The site is built modular with a block scrolling effect, to help users navigate complex information in a simple way, therefore giving them a seamless experience and creating a sense of surprise at every scroll.
Digital Marketing
Going beyond the website, we also designed marketing creatives for the project that had an even bigger challenge at the core - cutting through the clutter.
Using the brand imagery we created memorable pieces of communication in the form of statics, videos and carousels. Each creative was designed to be effective and impactful, designed to never leave the user feeling bored.
